 昨日から京都に来ています。

京都とはいっても、北に位置する綾部市にあるレストラン。

鳥を丸ごと一羽、その場で捌いて調理していただきます。

普段当たり前と思っている食事に対して、真っ直ぐに向き合える貴重な機会となりました。

環境も含め他では味わえないお料理ばかりで、中華料理の価値観が変わるほど。

今シーズンも好評をいただいているN.O.UNからFootBallのご紹介です。

レーヨン素材特有のやわらな肌触りと、綺麗なドレープ感が特徴の一枚。

At a local restaurant, I watched a whole bird prepared and cooked on the spot. A rare experience that made me reflect on the value of food.
The setting and flavors were unforgettable. It changed how I see Chinese cuisine.
